1st floor - Full kitchen, dining room, grand living room with fireplace, conference room with Bluetooth-enabled tv,
cocktail lounge.
2nd floor - Bedroom with 1 bed and lounge chair, Cigar Room, Bridal Suite, Podcast Room.
The studio has two bathrooms and on-site parking. Additional parking is available on the street behind the studio-access can be through the backyard entrance.

Entrepreneurs look no further! Want to host that workshop, retreat, or class you’ve always dreamed of? Now you can! We offer a conference room with blu tooth enabled tv to host all of your fun events.
Our lounge is also perfect for micro weddings with a stunning private backyard and beautifully designed home already styled for photos. This space is great for bridal and baby showers as well as other intimate gatherings.
Our event booking includes 6 banquet tables, 6 cocktail tables, and 28 white folding chairs as well as full access to
the fenced-in backyard.
